I was getting off a flight, going to another flight needing a bite to eat. I had no idea of what I wanted. Jeremy saw me looking at the glass display of food. He warmly greeted me, and asked me what I was in the mood to eat. He walked me Through some options, and ended up customizing a honey glazed panini (which was delicious). Parmita and Seta were also both warm, kind and accommodating. The customer service that these three gave me, will make me return ANYTIME I come through JFK. Thank you all for all that you do!

I stopped at the Cascata terminal 8 bar this evening (5/2) before my flight, and had the pleasure of meeting Tyquan. He was an exceptional bartender - positive, personable, and warm. For a terminal with no air conditioning and very limited food options, he made my airport experience much better with his excellent customer service and kindness. I wanted to share my feedback in hopes that he will receive the recognition he deserves. If I’m ever back in terminal 8, I’ll be back at Cascata looking for Tyquan!

Lunch combination was terrific! Small salad was quite large. I needed a break before the Cali wrap and fries. A glass of wine included in the deal.
